Concept design of any car related parts that might required for one of the projects
Pursue advanced design methodology using numerical design methods
Liaise with material science to exploit the potential of materials and production methodology on part design
Collaborate with CN hardware departments for efficient cross continent project excecution
Build and develop the team
Ensure and take responsibility of the results of the entire team
Develop timing, resource and budget allocation for multiproject situations
