Lean Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Role purpose

Responsibility to assure a smooth transition of products from the initial design phase to the high volume manufacturing phase, up to the end of life.

The person will be in charge of the Process Design and Development, according to the Lean Manufacturing rules, in order to enhance product performance and functionality, to improve quality and manufacturability and to recommend changes to reduce the overall manufacturing cost of a product for different market needs ( OEM, AM and OES + Industrials Product).
