Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
• Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
• Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
• Project collaboration in software projects ( CS, MU, PS, IS)
• International project commissioning and after-go-live support
• Service support for existing customers ( WCS, MFC)
• Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems ( PTL, Pb V)
